No. There is much more research that needs to be done before anyone in these groups uses this supplement. Any potential risks are unknown. And as always, nobody should start any nutritional supplementation program before consulting with a licensed medical doctor.

We really don't know. Much more research needs to be done to properly answer this question.

We don't know the correct answer. It's unlikely that anyone does, at this point in time. That can only be determined with much more research and human trials.

Most of the websites that feature celebrity photos are usually using the celebrity's photo without their permission. And folks usually don't ask their doctors about entertainment advice so it's probably best not seek medical advice from entertainers. But most of these ads are bogus, anyway.

As far as we know no studies have yet been done regarding weight loss, so that claim is inappropriate.
