As we naturally age, we all want to maintain good health, not just for ourselves but also for our loved ones. Learn how to proactively manage your health and wellness in an effective way at this informative event.

On March 2 at 7:00 p.mjoin British Columbia’s CBC Michelle Eliot and talented researchers and experts from UBC as guest speakers at a hybrid UBC Alumni event$10 to attend in-person or the virtual event is free, to discuss the different approaches in increasing and promoting healthy aging.
